Engineering: MSME with 3-5 years experience with Cadworks 3-Dimensional software programming.
- Proficient in CAD, Drafting and GD&T
- FEA and kinematics analysis
- Ability to solve difficult design problems
- Ability to work projects from concept through integration and test
- Instrumentation, control systems and project management experience a plus
- PE license (in any state) preferred
Electrical Engineers with 5 years minimum experience in progressive independent electrical design related to LCD display driver development .
- BSEE required, EIT/PE a plus.
- Must be computer literate and working knowledge of AutoCAD 2005.
Optical or Physical Science graduate Engineers with related experience in optics.
- B.S., M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Physics with related course work specific to Optics
- Prefer at least 5 years experience in a field related to LCD/TFT displays
- Advanced laboratory skills relating to optical test equipment and lab management
- General Mechanical and Electronic design skills a plus
Human Resources:
- Develop an effective relationship with employees at all levels as primary HR contact on all human resources issues.
- Coordinate and execute effective recruiting strategies for the company. Aggressively seeks talent for current, open and future requisition positions, as well as creates a pipeline of candidates for future known and unknown potential position openings.
- Utilize proactive and highly creative sourcing strategies to seek out passive job seekers.
- Seek talent through established networks through the development and maintenance of effective relationships at colleges and technical schools.
- Coordinate the college recruiting program with region support.
- Facilitate the hiring process, which includes thoroughly pre-screening candidates through initial phone interviews; analyzing applications against qualification requirements; requesting and receiving all compliance paperwork; reference checking; degree verification; and submitting qualified candidates to the hiring manager.
- Under the direction of the Vice President of Operations, assist in the handling of employee relations issues including good faith investigations, performance counseling and termination processing.
- Develop and deliver effective staff development programs in partnership with the regional leadership team.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ Years experience in Human Resources and Recruiting. Construction or Engineering industry experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
- PHR or SPHR preferred
- Human Resources Manager with 2-4 years experience, degree preferred and knowledgeable of latest work related issues.
